Between 28 November to 2 December 2016, the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) welcomed 15 officials from the Indonesia State Secretariat (SETNEG) for a one-week customised course on “Protocol and Etiquette”. The programme included both classroom-based sessions conducted by subject experts as well as site visits to the VIP facilities at Singapore’s Changi Airport.
